Please click in one of the circles between each pair of adjectives to indicate the degree to which one word is more descriptive of the person for whom you are filling in this form than the other.
For example
If you think that the word ENERGETIC fits the person you are being asked to describe slightly better than the word FRIENDLY, your response might look like this:
If you think that the word ENERGETIC fits the person you are being aked to describe much better that the word FRIENDLY, your response might look as follows:
Please note that the two words in each pair do not always mean the exact opposite of each other. You have to fill in all the pairs of adjectives to be able to send the form.
If you think that the two words in a pair fit the person equally well, or equally badly, you should respond by clicking on the circle in the middle
